Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The URL or location on our website of the material that you claim is infringing.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Response Time
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24-48 hours
- Notify the content provider that the material has been removed
- Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Note: Filing a false DMCA claim is a violation of law and may result in legal consequences.
